Agreement
By using Euridition you agree to these terms. A parent or lawful guardian should review and accept them for a child where required.
Educational service
Euridition provides learning organisation, materials, simulations, practice and revision tools. It does not guarantee marks, admission, examination outcomes or uninterrupted availability. Students must confirm syllabi and prescribed books with their school and official education authorities.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials and notify us of suspected misuse. Accounts may not impersonate others or be sold or transferred.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious material; bypass security; scrape or overload the service; harass users; or use the platform to endanger a child. We may restrict content or access to protect users and the service.
Payments
Consumer and institutional offerings may use different pricing and terms. Checkout disclosures and signed school agreements form part of these terms. See Refund & Cancellation.
Intellectual property
Euridition branding, software and original materials remain with their respective rights holders. User or educator contributions must be submitted only where the contributor has the necessary rights.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited for material breach, safety risk, fraud, non-payment or legal necessity. Users may request account closure, subject to lawful retention.
Liability
Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond expressly agreed commitments.
Governing framework
These terms are intended for operation from West Bengal, India. Mandatory consumer, child-safety, data-protection and other applicable rights remain unaffected.
