Before purchase
The checkout page must identify the product, price, duration, renewal terms, access conditions and any specific refund window before payment.
Consumer digital offerings
Submit cancellation or refund requests using the administration email with the transaction reference. Eligibility depends on the checkout disclosure, whether access or consumption has begun, the reason for the request, applicable consumer rights and payment-provider rules. Duplicate or unauthorised charges and failure to provide purchased access will be investigated promptly.
Recurring payments
Where subscriptions are offered, cancellation stops future renewals after processing. Access may continue to the paid period’s end unless the checkout terms state otherwise. Users must receive a practical cancellation method.
Schools and institutions
Institutional pilots, licences and services are governed by their signed proposal or agreement, including cancellation, milestones, taxes and refunds.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where practicable. Bank or provider processing time is outside Euridition’s direct control.
