1. Who operates Euridition
Operator: Rahbar Rizweee, trading as Euridition
Region: West Bengal, India
Email: admin@euridition.in
This policy applies to the public Euridition website, the installable student web app, account services, learning resources, Mock Tests, Revision Planner, Ask Euridition and related support or payment interactions.
2. Information we handle
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, account role and selected class.
- Learning data: material activity, Mock Test attempts and accuracy, saved revision plans, task completion, re-revision entries and other genuine learning progress.
- Educator data: authorised uploads, resource titles, classifications and publishing actions.
- Technical and security data: session, login, device, browser, network and diagnostic information reasonably required to secure and operate the service.
- Support and transaction data: messages, grievance details and payment or order references when a paid consumer or institutional arrangement applies.
- Device storage: selected class, language, cached resources, guest plans and guest progress may remain in browser or app storage.
3. Ask Euridition and automated search
Ask Euridition is a private smart-search feature. Student questions are interpreted in the current app against authorised Euridition resource and revision data. The feature does not send questions to an external generative-AI provider or paid AI API. It does not invent progress or resources. Normal requests to the Euridition website are still processed by the hosting and security infrastructure needed to return authorised data.
4. Why information is used
- To create and secure accounts and sessions.
- To select the correct class and personalise authorised learning content.
- To save genuine quiz and revision progress.
- To provide support, handle grievances, investigate abuse and maintain reliability.
- To administer purchases or school/institution arrangements where offered.
- To comply with applicable legal, safety, accounting and regulatory duties.
Student personal data is not sold and is not claimed for unrelated behavioural advertising.
5. Legal basis and consent
Processing is limited to purposes connected with providing and securing the service, fulfilling an agreement, responding to a request, complying with law or using valid consent where consent is required. This policy is intended to be read with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection framework as brought into force and any child-specific requirements.
6. Children and guardians
Euridition serves school students. A parent or lawful guardian should supervise account creation and review the service where required. Where verifiable parental consent or another lawful basis is required before processing a child’s data, it must be obtained before that processing. Guardians may contact the operator about access, correction, deletion or consent withdrawal, subject to proportionate verification and lawful exceptions.
7. Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, security, CAPTCHA, storage, payment or professional-service providers only where reasonably necessary to operate the service or fulfil a requested transaction. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Institution-specific handling must be addressed in the applicable written school or partner agreement.
8. Payments
Consumer and school/institution payments may have different terms. Payment providers may process transaction, device and anti-fraud information under their own notices. Euridition should not collect complete card credentials directly unless a compliant payment flow expressly requires it.
9. Retention
Account and learning information is kept only for the operational, contractual, safety, dispute-resolution and legal period appropriate to its purpose. Guest information in local storage remains until the user, browser or device clears it. Some records may be retained where required for legal, fraud, safety, accounting or payment disputes.
10. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards include role and capability controls, protected write operations, session security and sandboxing for interactive simulations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Suspected account or privacy incidents should be reported without sending passwords or unnecessary identity documents.
11. Your choices and requests
Subject to applicable law, a user or authorised guardian may request access, correction, account deletion, consent withdrawal where applicable, or information about a specific processing activity. Send the request to the administration email above with enough information to identify the account and request. Proportionate verification may be required.
12. Cookies and local storage
See the Cookie & Local Storage Policy for essential login, security, language, class, cache and guest-progress technology. Non-essential analytics or advertising technology should not be activated without an appropriate notice and consent mechanism where required.
13. Third-party resources and links
Educator-supplied documents, external links, payment services or other third-party resources may have their own privacy practices. Students should avoid submitting personal information to an external resource unless its purpose and safeguards are understood.
14. Grievances and changes
Privacy concerns may also be submitted through the Grievance Redressal page. Material changes to this policy should be published with a revised date. Mandatory rights to approach competent data-protection, consumer, cybercrime or other authorities remain unaffected.
